First, apologies for sending a direct message but for the life of me I can’t find where to post to the forum, so maybe you can help me there!!
Anyway, here’s my problem in case you can assist!
Plex app on iOS - v 2025.25.0 (1245)
iOS version 26.0, iPhone 13 Pro Max
Plex Server running on Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit
Lifetime Plex Pass
I am not sure if this is a result of upgrading to iOS 26, but I am now receiving the No Libraries Found message when trying to access my movies on the iPhone.
Strangely, I am able to see my current Watchlist fine.
I have signed out/in, deleted and reloaded the app, restarted the server app, and checked all my settings as much as I can based on information in the Plex Support doc and other user experiences on the web.
Can someone please advise as to what steps I should now take, or what logs I need to generate? BTW, the same situation occurs for managed users when I switch to their profiles on my iPhone. I also tried this on of the managed users who has a Roku TV app, and when they click on Libraries, then the 3 dots, they get a blank screen that says ‘All Libraries’ but none show up. I did check the library access in the setting for the user and all is good.
When I access my server using a Windows browser (Chrome), all libraries show up OK, as does the Firestick app, and the Apple TV app versions, for both my admin account and the managed accounts.
This seems to be an issue when accessing Plex using an app, either on iOS or Roku TV.
Not sure where to go now, but am disappointed that this has suddenly occurred after being fine previously. It seems that being a Plex Pass customer, things should be working as planned having paid for this service.
Thanks!
