New iOS Beta not playing Live TV when remote

Hi All,
Noticed today that the new iOS beta, 7.25 (1615), will not play any live tv when on cellular or at a remote location. When selecting a program from the guide, it will load and spin like it is going to play, the playback window will pop up, and then it crashes back to the guide.

No issues when connected to home wifi. Live TV plays as expected.

I’ve also tried with using DizqueTV to see if that had any affect, and I’m seeing the same symptoms. On home wifi no issues with live TV but on cellular or remote location playback crashes to the guide.

I do not have cellular data limited and I have remote streaming set maximum.

i cureently can’t watch live tv remotely no matter on cellular or wi-fi the playback will start to lag after a few minutes and lots of green line and artifacts will come on screen
locally everything plays fine indefinetly …
the problem arose with iphone and ipad iphone se 2020 up to date and ipad 10.5 pro up to date , anyone know why this
im using a hauppauge wintv quad hd
i9 12900k i don’t really think there’s something wrong with my pc or my network i think
is on plex side
any help would be greatly appriciated
