How do I fix this so I don’t have to repay the $149 that show up in the iPad app, again?
In the Plex app on your phone, log out from your plex account.
Uninstall the Plex app from the device.
Reboot the device.
Install a fresh copy of the Plex app from the app store.
Login to your Plex account (the one with the Plex Pass).
Your device needs to have a working internet connection while doing all of this.
