New Library Not Seen in Client Menu

[Edit] Specific to Shield Plex, I guess. Found I had to go to “…more” and pin the library before it would show up. Not needed on other clients.

I have a TV Shows library and decided to add another for 4K shows. It has a different name and a different drive/folder. It shows up as it should on the Plex server, but not on my Nvidia Shield Pro. It does show up on my Android phone. The first and only series in the 4K library also has the same series in the original library, but that one is 1080.

If I search the series in the client with the search tool, the series shows up with my server name listed and “+1” after it. If I click it, a list opens showing both locations, and I can select the 4K location.

It would fine if the main TV Shows could offer a choice of which file to play, but it doesn’t. Is this possible when the files are on different drives and folders?

Why doesn’t the library display on the client?

Have you already checked if the new library is listed in the sidebar’s „More“ section?
From what you describe, it seems that new library simply hasn’t been pinned to the sidebar / favorited.

Thanks. I did find this just before your reply. This seems to be only on the Shield’s client. This isn’t on the Android or Windows clients or Plex Web. I guess I need to remember this in the future.
