I’ve got a few issues with a new install of Plex within a Docker image on Unraid.
The server seems to be working great otherwise. I’m really hoping someone might have some ideas/answers to help?
Issue 1: My library has 4 titles that always show as the most recently added titles. Actually its 3 now. I deleted one to see if it would disappear. It did.
Example: If I go under my library and change the view then change the filter to “date added” these titles will be at the very start as if I just added them. They will literally say added a few seconds ago. However I can assure you they are not newly added other than that they were added recently when I created the server. There are several titles that have since then been added which show up after these and state things like added an hour ago.
Any ideas why this is happening or how I can correct it?
Issue 2: My library does not update on its own.
I have my library mapped using an SMB share on another server. I am not sure if this is related to my issue. However neither the option to automatically watch the folders for changes or my schedule to update the library every x amount of time. (had it set to daily and now 15 minutes)
The only way I seem to get my library updated is by manually initiating a library update.
I saw a post about a bug that was reported around this but its very old. I assume it would be resolved by now.??
any thoughts?
Also for reference: I have my older server still running also in docker and does not have any of these issues.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
