Mac Server Version#: 1.20.5.3600
Hello,
Long time plex user (10+ years), I installed plex media server on a new macbook pro and went ahead creating a 3 librairies. Plex finds the right titles + years of all my files, but then fails to download additional information, posters, backgrounds…
I took a look at my agents configurations, tried to match manually some titles, searched in the forums, but couldn’t find any explanation about what is going on here.
Any idea what can be going wrong?
PS: I was following the “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” approach on my previous servers so I have not followed the latest evolutions of plex over the past 4-5 years.
