No Poster or Background image options

After the latest Plex Server Update I noticed that any movies added to my library was missing options in the Poster and Background tabs. There is a poster added to the movie, but when checking the relative tab there is none, only an image (the same as the Background one), and is either a random image from the movie, or just “the Background image”, but I think it’s a random image since it’s not very spectacular.

Anyone had the same problem?

Read through this support article. Otherwise on very new Titles this can occur and need to try Fix match/Option and select a different agent to search
