New Media not adding to the library

My plex server has been running flawlessly for years… but since the beginning of April 2023 it has decided to to add any new content. Names of TV shows are consistent with previous episodes which still work, its just the new media its not finding. My media is on a Synology NAS connected via my home network. The Windows 10 Server (where Plex runs) sees the NAS and I can launch the media directly from Windows Explorer (so I know the PC and media are working as intende

Thanks for the logs. We have an issue with 1.32.0 release affecting users with network shares using SMB1. A fix is being tested - but if the NAS can be switched to SMB2 - that should get round the problem. See this post form Synology NAS user who resolved the problem after doing this.

UNC Path not working following update to 1.32.0.6918

Changing the minimum SMB setting on Synology NAS from 1 to 2 fixed it for me. Server runs on Windows 10 PC (Version 1.32.0.6918) but all media is on the NAS box and I use UNC paths for my media library.
