Recently updated to 1.32.0.6918 and then noticed about 100 movies missing from my library. Plex server on Windows 10 machine. Media stored on Xigmanas. Plex also will not scan any new media on NAS. It will scan local media on Windows 10 desktop though. I rolled server back to 1.31.2.6810 and everything is working properly. Why did 1.32.0.6918 cause a disconnect to the NAS?
Without server logs its impossible to figure out the issue with your setup.
Server logs deleted when I did a completely fresh install of 1.31.2.6810. Will post if this happens once we get past 1.32.0.6918
The same just happened to me after upgrading. I can no longer scan for new media on any of my NAS devices. Media from directly connected drives works fine.
It looks like this was reported in the beta forum as well:
Could you take a look at UNC Path not working following update to 1.32.0.6918 - #6 by sa2000 and try to perform the dignostic steps described in there?
It would help greatly to diagnose the issue.
