New mkv not showing up in library

I have 200+ mkv movies. The other day I added mkv movie
Bumblebee (2018)
and for some reason that movie does not showup in the library, even after scan and analyze.

What’s your naming convention on this movie? What folder does it sit within your server?

For example is your server setup this way:

Folder: Movies > Folder: Bumblebee (2018) > File: Bumblebee (2018).mkv

or

Folder: Movies > File: Bumblebee (2018).mkv

More than likely it has to do with the Plex server not recognizing the movie itself based on the naming convention vs the MKV file format.

Could be a corrupt database. I’ve been having the same problem for the last week and a daily restore allows new media to be added again.

Is this the first time you added that movie. Not just the file, but the movie, say a screener, or CAM copy?

Bumblebee often gets matched as (i think) Transformers 6, so see if you have that and then fix match

all the movies are in a local drive MEDIA (E:)
then
MOVIES\Bumblebee (2018)
and the filename within the folder is Bumblebee (2018).mkv
