I am a new user trying to figure PLEX Media Server out. I am trying to add my music to a PLEX Music Library but it will only find and add 1 song. I am running Windows 10. I have an external drive connected to the laptop. I have my Music in Folder like ROCK, Reggae, Country… etc… Most are mp3. There is Meta data for most all the songs. Title, Artist, Album, Track, Genre are flagged on most all songs although Album Artist is not. But I did add Album Artist to a few but they still were not detected during the scan. He is an example of where the folder is that I try to add:
I:\Music\Country
I also tried a new folder - I:\Music\Country\Country because of some posts that I saw but this did not make any difference. It only finds 1 song out of about 20 that are in the folder. If I delete that one song from the folder and try again, it will detect only 1 song but a different song since I deleted the one song it found the first time around. Any ideas on what would cause this?
