HI,
I’m new to all this my husband usually deals with the plex stuff but he is away,. My plex has suddenly stopped working. We are using a nas system (WD PR2100) and all the information is still showing on the WD but its not transferring over to the plex platform. I have configured the plex again and even deleted and reinstalled the app on the WD but still nothing, Any ideas what to try?? Please keep it to laymans terms I’m not too computer wise. Thanks
