ok i restarted my modem/router and check for any thing saying DNS rebinding protection, didn’t find anything, still no change. unable to claim server or get remote access

i turned off firewall in router settings
DSM firewall was not enabled
gateway address is the same as my synology minus the:5000

yes the gateway is 192.168.0.1

ip address is 192.168.0.3
synology is 192.168.0.3:5000
