New Plex app doesn't remember full screen setting

I can put the app in full screen without problem, but the setting isn’t remembered. I have to put it back in full screen every time I launch it.

I went through the options and didn’t find anything related to this.

Could the app memorize this setting, or could there be an option somewhere to force it?

Are you talking about full screen or maximized window?

Hum… I’m not sure what the difference is for Plex, so here’s what I do:

  • I trigger it with Ctrl+Cmd+F.

  • Plex’s window takes the whole screen and is sent to its own virtual desktop.

In macOS terms, it’s probably full screen, because of the second item.

The same problem exists on Windows as well. I can put the app in full screen by pressing F11, but after restart it is back to the windowed mode.
