I switched to the Plex Movie Agent, but for some movies it seems to create junk movie summaries. Fro example the summary for Nomadland is:
Chaos reigns. Frances McDormand is a van now. And there’s amazon. Piss in the bucket, but watch your back. Don’t want David Straighthorn looking at you poop in bucket. Directed by The Eternals. Poor people <3
Somehow related to the movie, but really strange. Not sure where it’s getting the summary from, but it doesn’t match any known source (IMDB, TMDB, Rotten Tomatoes, etc.).
It happens with some other movies also.
Check if refreshing the metadata for this movie will fix it for you. The correction is quite recent… Plex can take a moment to pick those changes up, so if it’s not working right away, give it another try tomorrow.
I seen this myself yesterday in plex and was happy to see that the idiotic troll of the user who updated this on TMDB has been suspended. A refresh of the movie this morning corrected the problem and re-added the correct summary again.
