New Plex player on Nvidia Shield Poor Quality

The video quality is very pixelated and goes in and out of being clear in the Plex app on Android TV. This didn’t use to be the case. I am playing the file at full quality, when I watch the same file from the website it’s much better quality and doesn’t get pixelated.
