I am using latest Plex app on Nvidia Shield TV 2019. its getting stuck and operating has become very slow.

Its happening so frequently . Please guide how to fix that

My Nvidia is also running on latest Android TV

Latest is not a valid version number.
When is it getting slow? Right from the start?

Hi My Android version is 8.1.1

and Plex version is 8.0.2.17816

Beta seems working better for sure. I would appreciate Plex if they can fix Dolby vision play on Nvidia Plex app

My LGOLEDB9 plex app plays it as Dolby vision but the same movie gets HDR on Nvidia Plex app

Dolby vision is only supported with “single layer” DV files. If yours also has HDR then I can’t be single layer I guess.

Ok i get it but how the same movies gets DV on my OLEDB9 Plex app.

I m using plex app on both Nvidia and LGOLED .

If its playing DV on LGOLED it should play DV on Nvidia as well

Right or i m missing something?
