ok apparently there must be something wrong with the new plex-server package. i have now tested a bit and maybe a there might be a hint for the developers.
the two series: 12 monkies / dead mice don’t lie, are not found by plex at all.
what i have done so far:
- FileBot 4.9.4 downloaded and license purchased / activated
- created preset for plex and reorganized the two series according to the following screenshots:
Result - still not recognized, even after force refresh / rescan the library / reboot the server.
I then created a new library with only this path: “/mnt/blackSTORAGE/2_serien/TV Shows” in it

here the two series are now found:

In the library “2. Serien” I have also added this path / again searched / unfortunately these are still not found.
However, the scanner had scanned them briefly, but indexed nothing in the existing library. I also did emty trash / DB optimization - brings no improvement.
