TV Show poster not loading

I just installed Plex on a new Windows Server 2016.
When I started Plex, I am able to add the folder when the media is stored.
But when Plex started to scanned the files, none of the poster are displaying.
I am getting episode names and description but none of the images.
I might of thought my router was blocking it but I white listed that computer so all data should be free.

Does anyone have any idea of what I am doing wrong.
Attached are 2 photos of what I am seeing.

Did you move your Plex data folder to a ‘pooled’ drive or a drive which is not formatted with NTFS?

https://support.plex.tv/articles/201424327-why-do-i-get-metadata-but-no-images-for-my-library-items/

No, it in the default location on the C drive.
The media file are on a different drive.

When i disabled the windows 2016 firewall, the poster/images started to populate.
As i dont want to disabled my firewall, what setting should i change to allow plex metadata?

Then perhaps Plex Media Server not downloading artwork (Yes, another one...)

One of the download from the link you sent is no longer working:

  1. Download the “AddTrust External CA Root” certificate from https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001186052-What-intermediates-and-roots-are-Cloudflare-issued-certs-signed-against- you’ll need the cert that has a serial number of 1 and has a SHA-1 Fingerprint ending in 1868

I didn’t write up this post. I can only give you a link to an earlier solution, which may or may not work for you.
