New shows matching, but not pulling episode names

Adding new shows to Plex that seem to match, but not properly pull episode names. I’ve tried cleaning bundles, emptying trash and manually refreshing metadata but currently having to name episodes manually. Local Media Assets is at the bottom of each Agent section for shows and files are named according to “s##e## - episodenamehere”. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Allow at least 3 days between adding the metadata to TMDB and/or TheTVDB and them appearing in Plex. This show is brand new and episode names didn’t appear on TMDB until they were released.

It’s happened with older shows as well like CollegeHumor’s Breaking News. I could demonstrate again and repost the logs if you’d like.

Looks like your naming could be improved. You are using a sxxexx - title.ext format. Try including the show name in the file name: Show - sxxexx - title.ext
