I’m not sure where my issue is. If I enable UPNP then Plex will work outside my network. Until I get this working my firewall on my NAS and router are both disabled. I have port forwarding enabled on my router. Not sure what information is needed to help me get to the bottom of this. Gut tells the port forwarding isn’t working because it works with UPNP enabled.
Sounds like your port forwarding isn’t working.
If you go to canyouseeme.org does it show success for the port?
Who is the manufacturer of your router?

and no it shows the ports timing out

Reason: Connection timed out
How current is your merlin version?
You shouldn’t need all those extra Plex entries (TCP/UDP,etc.), just the first one w/Ext. 32400 to Internal 32400 & the internal IP address.
ok i removed all the port forwards except port 32400.

I have a very similar setup to you (version 384.7) and I have the port forwarding set up like this:
It works flawlessly if you manually specify the port in Plex Server.
Figured out i’m running into a double NAT issue with my ISP… I’m sure it will work fine once they give me a static ip.

Yup… Double Nat will definitely cause issues.
