I recently moved my Plex Media Server instance from a Truenas Scale Truecharts app to a Docker container running under Scale. Docker is running in a jail by utilizing jailmaker (Debian). Prior to migrating the server I deleted the DVR from the previous server and then tried to add it after setting up the new one. However, after adding the zip code I am presented with a screen that just hangs on “finding the best guide”. The previous steps “Gathering data” and “Scanning channels” complete instantly without having to load anything.
What I’ve tried:
- Restarting machine
- Restarting plex
- Using a different zip code
- Troubleshooting>Optimize Database
- Troubleshooting>Clean Bundles
- Changing the HDHomerun Duo’s IP address
- Power cycling HDHomerun Duo
I’m not sure if this is a bug in Plex or in my Docker compose setup. I can provide logs or the compose file if necessary. Thanks!
