I have an issue where new episodes of existing show like that most recent one from Better Call Saul will not show up, but every other episode does. This seems to only happen when there is a mid season break between episodes. When the newest episodes of Stranger Things came out, it wouldn’t see those but it would all the previous with the name naming convention (filebot). any idea why this is happening. My server is always up to date on the most current version.
I’m not sure what you mean by „mid season break“. The most common issues related to Plex not picking up certain files are related to bad file names / organization or permissions (depending on what OS your server is running).
Mind sharing your specific file names / schema?
Only Murders in the Building - 2x03 - The Last Day of Bunny Folger (it won’t let me put .mp4 at the end) but that is the names / schema. The odd part with this show for example it will show every episode prior but episode 4 doesn’t show despite the same naming convention.
