Hello, new user here i’ve just set up a free account on Plex, downloaded the Media server as instructed. When i begin to continue through every tutorial i’ve come across it mentions I should be greeted with a window to set up my server, I cant seem to get that far ahead. I get greeted with this screen constantly :
Any ideas why? I’ve googled forever and cant seem to find out what I’m doing wrong.

Open an ‘incognito’ browser window and direct it to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web
Still the same problem dude.
Was there, in the past, Plex server already installed on this machine?
If it was, you need to perform https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/
