The recent update change the logic (please change it back to the old one on ios and andriod devices) having checkmarks for things ive watched is a conflicting design pattern with the numbers. As no numbers represented i watched the whole thing plus when you click a show/season it had the nice green icon at the bottom of the poster/season. Please change the color icons back to orange instead of black & white. While its been on pc/web for some time it hasnt been consistent across all devices. I dont know how everyone feels about it but i dont like the white and black too plain. It seems that even when the theme is change to light it loses its blue and now is just plain white and black as well i dont like the look. Is there anyway we can have a option to change the color to what we want instead of the new default look? also the andriod tv no longer shows the episode counter when scrolling through library (could be a bug?). This is not ideal as see how many episodes are left to watch is beneficial. Please give a option to change it back. Im concern about the new rumor redesign as well plex is well designed already idk why its need changing. Curious to know everyone thoughts on this

The counter change on your TV Shows might be related to today’s update for watched\unwatched account setting options: Watched Checkmark VS Unwatched Orange Corner - #166 by PlexInfo
The default setting is to show the counter on TV Shows though so odd that it disappeared; maybe some caching throwing it off after those changes - my Roku had mixed results for that setting when I changed it until I restarted it so maybe restarting your client might help or maybe there’s a bug.
There’s a lot of mixed opinions on the watched\unwatched function so that thread might be a good one to track.
Appreciate linking the thread i see other android user have had problems i tried resetting the tv nothing maybe i uninstall and re install. But also i idk if anyone has discus just the colors maybe everything is bland and boring like in discover no more green for watched its just black and white i think im just going to downgrade for the time being
In response to the OP, I hate the new change and so does my wife (who is the boss). I find the white way harder to parse visually than the orange. I hope they allow you to choose to roll this back.
