Anyone figured out how this works?

The blur is only there if I go through Plex.tv, if I go right to my media center it is fine. Weird how straight from the server it is different.

NOTE: The new interface is initially available only on the hosted Plex Web App (https://plex.tv/web). It will be included in the web app bundled with Plex Media Server in server releases in the future.

Both I guess. Must be having a slow day. I can get the list view up, but not any kind of customization…
Edit: Actually, never mind - figured it out. I was looking at list view on a season, not a whole library

I have to say, while it’s aesthetically pleasing, I greatly enjoy my troglodytic dark interfaces, especially because I usually use Plex at night. This interface was way too bright for my taste, and I’d really appreciate the ability to adjust it, or sub out the background image for either the old colors, or just set it to black.

Sorry you don’t like it, have to say I’m personally pleased to lose the black. If they fix the artwork (which HAS to be a bug - example provided) I think they’ve done a great job. Hope they give some options to the people who don’t like it though.
I just opened a feature request to redesign the ‘Show Artwork’ thing.

I definitely like the new features in Track view. They would be even more useful in individual album (or season) view, and especially on Playlists.
did Merge disappear? what about Fix Incorrect Match?
I’ve got a tv episode that didn’t match to the series, and my only methods of fixing it are missing… :\
Some nice work being done here - I like it. I like the Stop Playback option. Going to like it more when it works.

As a small sugestion can you add photos to cast section (round icons) ?
And also a trailer section to TV Shows, not only on Movies ?

I like my background art to be in the background, not above the overview when I push a button. Please allow the option to revert to the old way.
- The Artwork is… well… it needs fixing.
- Collections… Why can’t i see a full overview of all my collections, and not just a list? And why is this yet not included on the normal overview, so i can click Harry Potter collection icon, instead of 1 of the movies, for easier overview, as requested for years.
- The theme… would like to be able to customize the colors, as i like em dark.
I too am struggling with the new UI, the background is invisible but worst, all my multiple CD albums seem to have lost the disk 1, disk 2 etc. titles, there is just a long list of tracks now. Is there a setting somewhere to restore this?
I would also prefer to lose the left navigation bar when I am in one of libraries so that I get the full screen to use for the listings.
I can’t find any settings either in the toolbox icon or in the … to make changes to the UI. Is there somewhere else?
Lastly, how do I get straight to the media centre without going through plex.tv? I thought that was the only route.

I found how to get directly to the PMS without going through plex.tv. I get the old UI which still has the disk1, disk 2 headings and separators and I lose the left navigation bar which gives me more of the listings on the screen and less scrolling, as significant improvement.
There needs to be an option in the new UI to hide the left side if required and stack the title above the albums for a particular artist (as it used to be) to reduce the scrolling.

That will only work until the next PMS release, which the devs stated will include the new UI.
I quite like the new interface. I miss the black, and don’t care for the new blurred background but hey ho.
Once thing that is bugging me, why can’t I just say… All shows with 1 season, hide season view!!! Thank you for the customisable options for once but that would have made that a whole lot easier than individually going through the entire library editing the shows with 1 season.
