Next tv episode starting

Hello All,

I have tried to look for this answer and can not find it. For a while now when I play a tv show it will play through the credit and then go back to the main tv/season screen and start the countdown for the next episode. Everything works however it used to be that at the end of the episode during the credits it would start a 5 second count down and go to the next episode right there.

Is that no longer a possibility or have I changed something in the server? I have been baffled forever! I know it used to be like that for sure.

For the record I use mostly Apple TV, and sometimes computers/iPads to watch the Plex server.

autoplay is a per player setting. When an episode has completed it goes to “post play” which varies a bit by app but will have the next episode in the season queued up and if auto play enabled it will have the countdown. (the only exception i think if you are using a playlist which just start next episode with no countdown)

in apple tv /IOS app auto play setting is in main app settings
