Night Hawk x10 unable to add network drive connect on synology DS418

Player Version#: 4.34.3

I have Plex running on my x10. When I select Add Network Drive connection, I select the device from the drop down, copy and paste the folder name (/volume1/video), then add user name and password and click Apply. For some reason this fails and the page refreshes.

I presume it is a setting on the NAS that I’m missing? I can see the NAS files on my PC. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yes I understand that, I have posted on those forums as well. I found similar questions in the Plex forum and thought someone might be able to assist me in finding the solution. One possible issue I found was that another had a problem due to their firewall configuration. That’s not the issue that I’m having.
