Im trying to have access to several movies and I only receive trailers and not the movie
What movies, where are you trying to access them?
If it’s the new ad-supported movies from the “Movies & TV on Plex” section, then watching ads prior to the start of the movie is normal, do you get to the movie?
If they’re in your library, did you rip them yourself?
For example I search for YOU serie, harry potter, twilight… And I do not have access to non of them… i paid for plex pass but when I search for the movies I only get trailers and other stuff…

Plex does not have it’s own movies. You’re limited to the movies that are on the Movies & TV section (Which I think is currently only a small slice of the Warner Brother Library, not the entire thing currently). Or, your own movie collection, which you will have to backup to your computer and utilize your computer as a server. Plex is not a movie service, it’s a platform to allow you to view your own movies without the hassle of a BluRay player, DVD Player, etc, both at home on your local network, as well as when you’re away from home.
I used a friends plex and she had access to all those movies. She only searched for the names and all appeared… it was’t connected to any computer.
How did your friend learn of Plex? Was it through another friend? Did that friend help her set it up? If so, that friend may have given her access to their library of shows. But Harry Potter, and YOU are not in the Movies & TV Library. So unless she has access to a server that is being shared with her, I am unsure of how you accessed those particular shows/movies.
We don’t sell a subscription for access to Movies. That is not a benefit of Plex Pass. A Plex Pass is for extra features for your Plex Media Server if you have one.
A Plex Media Server is an app that you install on your computer that streams the media files on your computer to our various player apps like our player app for iPhones. People rip their DVDs to file like one might rip a music CD to an MP3 file to use in iTunes. Users can share access to their server with family and friends that also have Plex accounts. Plex accounts and the Plex Media Server are free.
Either your friend has their own Plex Media Server or they have a friend who is sharing their server with them. If she paid someone to access their Plex Media Server, the person who charged her is breaking our terms of service.
