No audio on certain videos yet same video on PS4 ok

Anyone have an idea why the version of Plex for the shield doesn’t play audio for certain files? All audio plays fine on my PS4. Plex on the shield is up to date.

When I say PS4, I mean Plex on the PS4 plays fine.
