No Audio Passthrough in Windows 10 - Latest Plex Player

I MUST Be missing something!!!

Each time I go to play a file with AC# embedded, Plex converts it to Multichannel LDPCM. However, when I play the same file on the same computer with VLC is sends out the Dolby Digital signal.

So where, in the latest version of Plex for Windows (not the app store version - OLD) can I set Plex to send out the audio signal without change - PASSTHROUGH!!!

I have looked and looked, so specific directions would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks

Switch Plex Media Player to TV Mode. Click on your user avatar, choose Settings → Audio. Change device type to HDMI and you should see passthrough options.

See this thread:

Is passthrough only supposed to work in TV mode? Why is this setting not in normal mode? And by the way it does not work. It still encodes to PCM multichannel. I can get passthrough using MPC-HC and K-Lite codecs.
