No details shown in TV show (NCIS)

From one day to the other Plex doesn’t show anymore any detail for ALL NCIS seasons and the series itself. Yesterday all was good, but today I only see grey in grey. While choosing “Match” NCIS is shown, clicking on it will take no changes. Server and Plex already restarted. Any other movie / series is fine, only the problem with NCIS.

I didn’t want to reinstall as I got more than 2000 movies, over 80 series and several compilations on it and it takes a long time to fix the mistakes made by Plex manually again.

Please try to do the match again and then provide your server logs.

What search options were you giving when trying to match the show?
From the logs it looks like you’re trying to match it using personal media show as an agent and having it set to “no language”?! This doesn’t actually make sense, so I suppose there might be some hiccup/inconsistency (especially as it seems you only recently updated this library to the new Plex TV Series agent).

You might want to spend some love to your file naming and organization. This will work wonders when it comes to not having to rework bad matches.
e.g.

Your organization

Serien
  NCIS
    NCIS 1
      ...
      17 - Fünf Musketiere.avi
      18 - Falsche Fährten.avi
      19 - Wenn Tote sprechen.avi
      ...

Should be

Serien   <- folder linked to your library
  Navy CIS
    Season 01        <- always using the English term "Season"!

Filenames should probably be fine but it’s being matched with the legacy personal media agent which won’t work. I would recommend making sure the library is using the modern agent or at least just matching using the TVDB or TMDB legacy agents.

Hi there and thanks for your thoughts. Just to repeat again: Until yesterday everything went well, I saw every needed detail from all NCIS seasons and today all is gone. And only to this series, all other movies / series were still fine.

I didn’t changed in between the agent or any other thing, just added 3 episodes from a previous season that were missing until yet on my Plex.

I assume you’re still using the legacy agent, so when you go to the Match dialog, select “Search Options” - then under “Agent” make sure you select “TheTVDB” - then select the NCIS match.
