Plex TV Agent/Scanner Suddenly No Matches (Not working at all)

Hi All,

Running plex media server on my QNAP NAS, versions above. All of a sudden when i add a new TV series the agent, Plex Series, will not give any match whatsoever. The TV show is added but as a black poster with the title for example Lost {Tvdb 73739} (note i have the name of the folder as this). Seasons are the same with a black poster and each episode just titled Episode 1, Episode 2 etc. I click the three dots on any series, even those which matched fine prior to today, click on match and sure enough it cant lookup any titles whatsoever.
I even tried to rematch some of my existing movies and it seems Plex Movie is not matching on anything either.

Surely someone else is seeing this? Are all the agents down?

I hope a new version of plex for QNAP will sort this out.

Going to suspect a network config issue, Can you please post a copy of your server logs?

Try and make the folder name as:

Lost (2004) {tvdb-73739}

And when said, your current issue is indeed a network issue, as indicated in the logs:

So I suspect a default router or DNS config error on your QNAP

Hi @dane22 i have solved my problem and the long winded solution i took to fix it?

Restarted my NAS :man_facepalming: technology has failed me once again.

I refreshed the metadata for Lost and all good now with posters etc. Sorry to be a burden, at least i know what to try if it ever happens again.
