I am on a server shared with me, I have an active Plex Pass, and downloads are enabled by the server owner. OS is Android 11 on a Lenovo P11 tablet, using the Plex app for Android.
I don’t have a download option on any files. There is no download button between the “mark as played” button and the three dot menu, and neither is there a download option in the three dot menu.
Any suggestions?
When was the “download” permission granted?
Has the client on the tablet been signed out and in since then? (a “Switch User” might also work)
