"No downloaded content" all of a sudden on iOS

Literally overnight, Plex has stopped working properly on my iPhone. My last update was about two weeks ago, and it worked fine until yesterday. Suddenly, my downloads folder is empty and says “no downloaded content”. Doesn’t matter if I’m online or not. iPhone storage settings showed that there was about 15gb of data associated with Plex. Uninstalled, reset phone, re-installed, and started downloading again. Got about 3gb in and suddenly I get that error again. Storage settings in iOS show that 3gb existing, but Plex says it’s not there. Plenty of free space left on the phone, so I can’t imagine it’s got anything to do with that.

What can I possibly do to fix this?
