Hi there I am having a problem with downloads.
It worked great for a while then all of a sudden it stopped working and I get the error message saying there was an error downloading this file.

I had an almost similar problem a while back. I ran out of room on my phone and not the latest plex apps. Did you check all this?
Yea plenty of room on phone and updated to latest plex app.
Do you have the download with mobile network only, do you have the same problem?
Dowloading with my mobile network works
So must be a problem with my home wifi?

What I advise you to do first, before checking your box, forget your wifi network, restart your phone and then reconnect it.
I have tried that already, the weird thing is i can download netflix content no problem when connected to wifi.

When you go into Plex settings, on your profile, under Downloads, Storage Location, how much storage is used/available?
The storage limit box, shows what?

Storage limit wont use more than 14.74gb
