Dear Plex. Longtime user and lover of Plex and Plexamp! New version looks great however when I had upgraded, it migrated old videos and none of them would play. Completely removed app and data, reinstalled but problem still exists where for a brief millisecond it says “storage is full” and then disappears. Fails to start downloading at all. Send to work on newer iPhone 13 Pro however so unsure what’s going on but on the road with small children with no offline content is not ideal!! Please help log-2025-04-19T08_42_47.177Z.zip (18.4 KB)

I am getting the same issue, files showing as in progress but do not complete.
EDIT: I have an iPad Pro M4 with the latest iPadOS and latest version of Plex.
This is still happening after several updates. Any progress?
