Thanks very much! ![]()
Just to add my voice to this. I’ve been experiencing the same thing for the last few days. I use both Freeview and Freesat, and it’s not clear to me if it’s one or both that are failing. I’ve switched to XMLTV today so unfortunately I cannot confirm. However, I note that all of the reports in this thread so far have been regarding Freeview, so wanted to mention that it may be both that have issues (they share the majority of the same channels).
It may or may not be a related issue, but I had noticed some channels dropping off the EPG for both Freeview and Freesat in the last week or two. Often secondary channels like the red button or in the case of Freesat the regional variations.
Thanks @rubikcuber . We had a report for someone in Sweden as well so not even just a UK thing.
We think it has to do with cloudflare cache which is probably why some channels dropped off as their cache expired but others channels still available.
It’s happening in Australia as well.
I’ve just completed a full guide refresh so hopefully that means the recent issue is now resolved. Thanks to all involved in the investigation.
Just completed what looks to be like a successful update of the EPG. Previously missing channel information now seems to be populated. Will do a full check when able.
All channels in the EPG now populated correctly and working as expected.
Many thanks for sorting this, team.
Hiya - Just checked and all the channels are now back for me also! ![]()
Still seem to have the problem in Australia. Updated Asustor server to v1.40.5.8854, tried deleting and reconnecting to DVR. Still not getting past initialization stage when doing manual refresh of guide.
Guide now working in Melbourne. Thank you guys for fixing.
