In the standard IOS app there is the option to view “File Info” for titles that is not present in the beta. Is this planned to be added back in? I use it all the time to check on file sizes and locations.
It is known and will be added. You can see a list of existing known concerns for iOS here.

Had a little while to play with the new app on iOS (so glad there is support for Multichannel Spatial Audio!), but have noticed the following missing features/bugs that I didn’t see listed on the Documentation page.
PGS Subtitles now force a Transcode when enabled
SRT Subtitle track information is not reported back to Plex Server/Tautuli when SRT subtitles are enabled.
Pinch or tap to zoom is not working on iOS devices.

it will be on all clients as far as I am aware.
Would be great. I always missed that on Android.
