No games working after this Upgrade

Plex Media Server 1.21.3.4046 is now available to Plex Pass users in the Beta update channel.

Hey guys,

after updating to this server version, none of my games are working in my Plex web app anymore. Before they did work, at least until the screen went black and I only had sound.

Now no Atari or my custom games work anymore. I always get the error message “Playback error - Please visit the forum to get support”.

I can provide logs if necessary and would love if somebody could help me fix my game library <3 I also already deleted the library and created it anew, but had the same outcome

You don’t have a Plex Pass. Betas are only available to Plex Pass users. I am told this should be out for all tomorrow if all goes well.

Sure thing. I didn’t take a look at them myself as I’m not too familiar with it, but here are the logs

What game did you try to play? I can’t see anything in your log.

There was a short glitch just a little while where your subscriptions may not have been seen so you couldn’t play games. Try restarting PMS and see if the games still fail. Provide me new logs and tell me what game you tried to play.

Nevermind. After rebooting server and logging back into my account the games are all working again :see_no_evil:
