Hi I’ve tried to download my EPG multiple times over the last few days and while some content appears to download it never makes it to any high number channels so essentially my EPG only consists of standard def programming. I’ve tried deleting my DVR, restarting my plex server, all to no avail. The issues are the same every time. Any time I try to search for anything to record the only options are low number channels in SD.
I have the same problem on my system. In my case, it seems like the EPG parser is choking after partially processing the EPG data (probably the SD channels are in the data portion before the choke point.) Do you see a message like ERROR - EPG: JSON parse error in Plex Media Server.log? This seems to be the root cause of a number of DVR problems reported in this forum, and I think Plex acknowledged that there is parsing work being done.

I have the same issue.
I don’t get that error, but also don’t seem to have any HD content.
I’ve just setup DVR on my PMS with the HDHomeRun CONNECT. Everything got added fine, and I went with the YouView North West/Granada Channel listing as that had the most matches. I noticed it had HD channels down in the Guide Channel section but when I go through the programme guide, all the content is in SD. I’ve not checked my server log yet
