No Libraries Found, Cannot Connect to Server? - New iOS app

Upon initial update, the new iOS app worked just fine (I was traveling at the time). It even migrated downloaded content (kudos!). However, now that I am back home I cannot remote access my main server (it is remotely located) from my home internet connection using this new iOS app. The app CAN connect to the server over cellular, and I can connect to the server just fine with Roku and PC devices using the same internet connection. I have tried logging out, deleting, restarting, all of the above. I see there is logging in the iOS app, but how do I access those? I see there are issues with IPv6 with the new iOS app. Could that be the problem?

Server Version#: Version 1.41.6.9685
Player Version#: iOS 2025.12.0 (1009)

You can grab the logs from Settings -> About -> Download Logs. From there you can AirDrop, message, or e-mail them to yourself. Or you can save them to Files and transfer them from there.

Found the logs but cannot derive anything from them connection wise. So bizarre.

I also am having this exact same issue. Plexamp works fine. Web Plex on other devices works fine.web plex on phone browser works fine. iOS app broken..,

I have the same issue on Android newest Plex App version 2025.14.0 (966828378) . Library view say “No Libraries Found” Looks like you don’t own or have access to any servers.
If i use the webapp in chrome on same phone, it works fine. If i use Plex app on google TV it works fine, didnt check version on that one yet. Work fine before latest update.
Seems related just to the Plex app.

Went back to an older version of plex V. 10.26.0.2578, now it works again. So new app version seems broken, maybe both for Android and IOS , my linux plex server is updated to latest version.

I also tried version 2025.13.0 and a newer 2025.15.0 but both had same issue. Seem like all version of the “new” app is having the issues.

Same here. Latest (15.0) version on IOS, no libraries showing. Initially they showed as “offline” but then just disappeared altogether. This issue also coincides with an email I received requiring a subscription now to access libraries when away from local network. I signed up for the service but can’t access my server now while travelling.

How do you get the older version on IOS? Having the same issue with 15.0

EDIT: I think I found my answer here Downgrade to old iOS Version and turn off updates only for Plex - Howto! - no jailbreak required

Saw something similar using the iPhone app over wifi. It tells me that i need my server running at least v 1.41.2. But I am running 1.41.6.9685 on a Synology server. Signed out and signed back in to Plex account which seemed to resolve the issue.

Did you sign in and out on your server?
I am running in to the same issue but with the android app. Cannot find my existing libraries on the app.

Finally found a solution.

For me things kind of started working when i enabled remote access, but it would say that I am not on the same network when i tried to play something on the phone app.

So what I did was disable the remote access (I wasn’t trying to do remote access anyways), then I opened app.plex.tv, went to settings and network (had show advanced settings turned on).

Then in the field for: Custom server access URLs I entered the url for my local server http://internal-ip-of-local-plex-server:32400.

Make sure you add the http.

That fixed it!

My solution so far is a bit similiar, didnt try your Custom server access URL yet.
But i found that as I was running a Docker Plex container i had a 172.x.x.x ip that is generated if you run docker network. However i switched this to run host IP for the plex container. That togehter with enabling remote access solved it for me. I dont like to have remote access enable tho so i may look into your solution as well.

When i had double NAT enabled it only worked with remote access, I mean i had to connect external over internet, couldnt be in my local LAN. When fixing the IP double NAT it worked even if i connected internally. But I still need to have remote access enabled..

Bit messy explanation and I still do hate this new app, the old one worked out of the box

Update: Turned off my firewall port forwarding and now it actually still works when connect to my LAN. Odd..
So maybe my double NAT was the main issue for me, but again that was no problem for old app.
