I am trying to add a new library to my server., I can see all of my existing libraries but there is no section to add a new library or scan for a new library. When I go to settings I see only General, Quality, Debug, and Player but no options for adding or updating libraries .
you appear to have 2 plex accounts the one you are using here Strtline is not the admin of your server which is why you don’t see server options.
If you look at your Manage Library access settings. the account for which the username ends in 79 is the admin of your server. So sign into the web app with that account
