I’m running Plex Server on Windows 11, but the Live TV & DVR options aren’t appearing in the settings menu. I’ve already tried resetting and rebooting the server, and I do have Plex Pass. Most of the troubleshooting I’ve found in the forums only applies to Nvidia devices, not Windows.

In my settings, i go to my particular Plex server and there are three main headings, “Status”, “Settings” & “Manage”. Live TV & DVR is under Manage.
In my settings, my plex server is the next thing that shows after “Plex Web”. Do you have a Plex server setup and claimed by this account? Or possibly its a different plex account?
This account only has a single Plex server. I’ve considered setting it up on a Linux box to determine whether the same issue occurs. I first installed Plex from the Microsoft Store and later uninstalled it, then downloaded it directly from the Plex website, but the problem persisted in both cases.
not sure why but I get the Live TV & DVR when I install Linux, not sure why Windows doesn’t show it, at this point I’m going to run the Linux version and get my Media Center up and running. Thanks for the suggestions.
