No longer able to setup DVR for community supported tuners

Server Version#: 1.16.1.1273
Synology DMS714+ running DSM 6.2.2-24922

I was able to setup my Elgato EyeTV Netstream 4Sat SAT>IP tuner previously but with the latest version I don’t have any option to enable a community supported tuner.

The help link still refers to the previous way and shows this:

But on the latest PMS version I now just get this:

And when I click on Set Up Plex DVR I see this:

Trying to add the tuner by IP address doesn’t work either:

BTW, it doesn’t matter what IP address you enter, you always get the same error message. Even adding “xxx” doesn’t make any difference.

I have downgraded to PMS 1.16.0.1226 and this recognises my tuner:

I had no choice of upgrading and so I went for it with v1.16.1.1291 and luckily I was able to enable my unsupported tuner and setup my channels and recordings.

Have you managed to get it to tune? I’ve added my 4Sat, it sees the channels but when I want to select one to view I get an error

I got it tuned and I can record TV programmes; but I’m not able to watch live TV most of the time; sometimes it does work but more often it doesn’t.

Same issue here.

I can’t delete the already configurated DVR, it’s not listed.
Plex offers to re-configure the DVR, but can’t find the device automatically or over the IP.
