I just bought a plex pass, and I cant use it. "no media servers found" on PS4 (and only PS4). very frustrating.
I expect it to work if I'm paying money for it
any suggestions, admins? Or i'll be cancelling my subscription and pursuing a refund
-server is signed in
-remote access is 'fully accessible' (i'm using LAN though)
-my playstation is listed in devices
-works fine when I try on my phone using "192.168.1.X:32400/web"

Your Plex Pass subscription allows you to have early access to the PlayStation app. Nowhere in the terms of your Plex Pass Subscription is there an implied guarantee that your Alpha-phase software will work flawlessly. Also I think you're missing what it is your Plex Pass is actually "paying for". You're paying for the development and features the app will eventually have.
You're off to a great start though, will probably get buckets of people to help you acting like the calm, collected adult you are.
Also, good luck getting a refund. :lol:
