Hello, plex experts. I installed the Plex and opened up the Plex media manager by right clicking the Plex icon on the system tray.
As I add a movie, adding a section was impossible because there were no metadata agent and no languages.
What should I do? Even there is no log file on C:\Users\형근수진\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Logs\PMS Plugin Logs<br />

We’ve had some issues reported with non-English systems. Can you upload the PMS log, that might show us what the issue is (I don’t see an attached file).

We were unable to reproduce the issue on a fresh install.
Are your language settings possibly different? We made a user with the name “형근수진” and it worked fine. Anything else you can think of that might be different about your system?
The differences are 1)I am seeing Korean in the media manager
2) I am using two anti-virus programs at the same time
3) After repeated installs and removals again and again, it doesn’t work (haha;
We’ve had numerous reports of AV software interfering with Plex in exactly the way you describe. Can you try uninstalling Plex, disabling both of your AV apps, and then installing and running Plex? I suspect this is the problem 
No difference. Still Plex doesn't work. seems like another problem. Let me forward you the log files
