NO Metadata being pulled down

I know about the ongoing TVDB issue, my issue is about MovieDB for TV and Movies. I’m copying my post from reddit so it’s formatted with all information.

Have you checked the Plex knowledge base and searched on the sub and Google: Yes

Server version: 1.18.2.2041

OS: Windows 10 Pro

Clients, w/ versions, if applicable: Server

What you did? Restarted server, refreshed metadata, fixed match, checked naming convention, checked agents, Plex Dance, checked and fixed corrupted database, redid file permissions to the Windows user account under the new installation, checked firewall, no antivirus running aside from Defender

What happened? Ever since I restored my Plex server from backups(appdata/reg/library), it doesn’t want to download metadata when new content is added. I’ve tried fixing matches and refreshing metadata. My content is named exactly how it should be. I never had this issue before the restore. Before restoring, metadata always pulled down extremely fast after new media was scanned in. The only different was that I was on Home before and now on Pro.

What you expected? Metadata pulled when Plex processes the new additions

What are your (relevant) settings? Movie Database is first in the agents settings. Scan Library Automatically enabled, Run Partial scan to relevant folders.

Link to logs (optional but recommended): Not sure exactly what logs would be relevant, but can upload on request.

Folder structure:

44%20PM

No one helped, but I figured it out. I had to disable ipv6. Since I restored it on a new OS installation, this was enabled in my network adapter. I don’t ever remember doing it before on my old OS, but that fixed it for me.
