WD My Cloud some files with no Meta data

I was on a Windows 10 Plex Media server and everything was awesome but had the only drawback of being on my laptop.

I was happy to see that my wife’s NAS WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra she had in storage could support Plex. So I went today to install this. After I was able to connect to it from my laptop, I went and moved all my files to the NAS and configured the Plex Media Server to host those files. Noticing that many files had no Meta Data I thought it could be because the provided Plex Media Server was old, so I when for the hunt on how to update the Plex Media Server.

I went through the manual install provided on this forum to update Plex media server. So I’m on version 1.32.7.7621 now. The web version says Version 4.108.0 but I’m pretty sure that’s not as important for my problem.

Still, even after the update, many files have no meta data. I do get some meta data on some files. All Movies are fine. Some TV Shows are ok, some have no meta data.

They were all ok on my Windows Plex Media Server. Nothing was missing.

Anyone knows what could be wrong and how to troubleshoot this problem?

Lets start with the server logs and an example of a couple movie files missing metadata.

Ok I have found how to download the logs. I see it is a zip file with many many files in it.

Which one should be pertinent?

Can you provide what movies are missing metadata from the logs you posted?
