No Metadata on New TV Shows, did Plex dance and now no metadata at all

Plex Media Server 1.18.3.2129- 41af4e729 (Windows 10 x64 bit)
Player Version#:1.4.1

So the issue was that no new TV shows had any metadata, did the plex dance and now no metadata at all.
Have checked that the library has language “English”, only the TheTVDB agent is selected but to no avail.

Hoping someone can help me with this :frowning:

P.S: the folder path and naming are as per plex requirements
